How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders and save items for later.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment through our secure checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from British Columbia, Canada.

How are postcards packaged?

Each postcard is placed in an individual protective sleeve and shipped between rigid cardboard mailers to prevent bending. We take packaging seriously -- your postcards will arrive in the same condition as described.

Can I combine shipping on multiple items?

Yes. Shipping is calculated per order, not per item. Adding more postcards to your cart typically adds very little to the shipping cost.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Are these postcards originals?

Yes. Every item we sell is an original vintage or antique postcard unless specifically noted otherwise. We do not sell reproductions.

Can I use the postcard images for my project?

Many of our postcards feature images that are in the public domain. However, it is your responsibility to verify the copyright status before reproducing any image. See the copyright section of our Terms & Conditions for guidance on Canadian and US copyright terms.

Do you offer high-resolution scans?

We may be able to provide higher-resolution scans of postcards believed to be in the public domain for a nominal fee. Please contact us for availability.
