At CardPile.ca we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Since all of our items are vintage or antique collectibles sold as-is, returns due to normal wear consistent with age (as described in the listing) are not accepted. Returns are accepted when the item does not match its description, arrives damaged due to shipping, or is otherwise materially different from what was listed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item not as described, or shipping damage). In those cases, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse your return postage.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. CardPile.ca is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 45 days of the order date. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by sending a replacement (if available), issuing a full refund including shipping, or arranging another solution.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 45 days of the order date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the item is confirmed lost, issue a full refund including shipping charges.
Due to the unique nature of vintage collectibles, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
